Do I have to commit to a weekly order at the online market?
No. You can shop at the online farmers market as often or little as you like.

If I am unable to collect my order on the day, what will happen?
If you are unable to collect your order on the day, unfortunately we cannot hold it or organise delivery. If this happens, any unclaimed orders will be passed to suitable good causes and no produce will be wasted.

How do I pay?
Once you have filled your basket on Good Food Exeter online farmers market, you pay online using any debit or credit card.

Is there a minimum order?
Unlike most veg box and deliveries, we have no minimum order so you can buy your entire weekly shop, part of it, or just a bunch of carrots.

Will you have the same produce every week?
As we are working with small producers growing according to the seasons, some types of produce are likely to change every week. We expect to have a steady supply of staple food and dry goods.

I didn’t get what I ordered. What should I do?
As we are working with small producers, on rare occasions they might not be able to deliver the exact produce you ordered. If that is the case, we will let you know via email and reimburse you for the produce you didn’t receive.
